Location: Newport, Isle of Wight

Hours: 40 hours per week

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: immediate start for handover, one year in the first instance, may be extended.

Duties:

  • Manage email inboxes across multiple teams
  • Manage team correspondence
  • Organise meetings and diary management
  • Compile information for service reports
  • Compile monthly work in progress reports and issue completion notices
  • Assist with monthly service payment register
  • Coordinate monthly permit scheme report
  • Complete monthly audits
  • Draft and distribute subcontract renewal agreements
  • Raise subcontract and workshop purchase orders
  • Draft and send Excusing Cause letters
  • Log contractual correspondence and assist in compiling contracts
  • Distribute accrual and deaccrual notices

Experience:

  • Must have a strong administrative background from within construction or similar industrial sector with a good technical aptitude
  • Must have excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work consistently on own initiative, to deadlines
  • Must have high level of accuracy, attention to detail and computer literacy including Excel
  • Must be able to work proactively as part of a team and be happy to proactively engage and communicate with all levels

Salary: 13.46 per hour, equating to 28,000 per annum
