Quality Team Administrator
Industry: Education
Location: Newport, Isle of Wight
Hours: 37 hours per week
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: Temporary for approx. 12 months
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Quality Team including liaison with curriculum areas and students via phone, email and face to face.
- Collection and processing of performance, progression and destination data.
- Analysis of data and reporting.
- Preparation, planning and running of audits related activity assisting in external quality reviews.
- Diary management, organising meetings, minute taking and tracking actions.
Experience:
- Must have strong administrative skills including data management, reporting and minute taking.
- Previous experience within the education sector is an advantage.
- Must have a good level of computer literacy, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be able to prioritise workload to deadlines.
- Must be able to work well on own initiative as well as part of a small team and collaboratively with the wider organisation.
- Current DBS (cleared within the last 12 months or part of the update service) is preferred; however, a DBS clearance will be processed by the client for the right candidate.
