Duties:
- Interpret asset records to enable the provision of accurate responses to Highways Searches
- Assist in maintaining accurate record of the publicly maintained highway and highway adoption records
- Deliver customer orientated services to ensure search requests are responded to in full compliance to contractual obligations
- Assist in the delivery of the street naming and numbering process
Experience:
- Must have a good level of administrative and customer service experience; experience of interpreting map based information is an advantage
- Must have a strong level of accuracy and the ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Must be able to work well on own initiative, to deadlines and service standards
- Must have a good level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems; experience of GIS is an advantage
