Hours: 6am - 2.30pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: Temp to Perm for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Updating and maintaining daily works records including labour, plant and materials
- Supporting supervisors with scheduling, allocation and completion tracking
- Maintaining records of inspections, audits and compliance documentation
- Maintaining filing systems
- Assisting in the preparation of reports on performance and productivity
- Handling incoming, internal and external enquiries, directing accordingly
Experience
- Previous experience within an operations environment; experience with construction, highways or environmental services is an advantage
- Good computer literacy on MS Office and the ability to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to prioritise and organise tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams
