Duties
- Manage email inboxes across multiple teams
- Manage team correspondence
- Organise meetings and diary management
- Compile information for service reports
- Compile monthly work in progress reports and issue completion notices
- Assist with monthly service payment register
- Coordinate monthly permit scheme report
- Complete monthly audits
- Draft and distribute subcontract renewal agreements
- Raise subcontract and workshop purchase orders
- Draft and send Excusing Cause letters
- Log contractual correspondence and assist in compiling contracts
- Distribute accrual and deaccrual notices
Experience
- Must have a strong administrative background from within construction or similar industrial sector with a good technical aptitude
- Must have excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work consistently on own initiative, to deadlines.
- Must have high level of accuracy, attention to detail and computer literacy including Excel.
- Must be able to work proactively as part of a team and be happy to proactively engage and communicate with all levels.
Salary: £13.46 per hour, equating to £28,000 per annum.
