We are seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our Client, a fast-growing regional law firm. Based a 40-minute commute from Central London, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to take on a broad range of high-quality work, develop business opportunities, and potentially progress towards Partnership.

Role Overview:

You shall join a well-regarded and impressive team, who are one of the largest in the region. You will work within a team who advise on a range of Real Estate matters including Acquisitions & Disposals, Plot Sales, Real Estate Finance, Commercial and Residential Development, and Real Estate Disputes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 PQE as a qualified solicitor or conveyancer with a focus on commercial property/real estate.
  • Comprehensive understanding of property law, conveyancing processes, and plot sales transactions.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
