W&P Partners has recently partnered with a fantastic regional law firm based in Kent who are seeking a Paralegal to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced legal professionals and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
About the Role:
As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to two of the firms high performing teams, with a focus on property and construction disputes. Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting solicitors with case preparation and legal research
- Drafting correspondence, legal documents, and court forms
- Managing case files and liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
- Attending client meetings and supporting dispute resolution processes
About You:
We welcome applications from entry-level candidates as well as those with prior paralegal experience. The ideal candidate will have:
- A law degree (LLB)
- Experience or an interest in property and/or construction litigation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
