Paralegal

W&P Partners Legal Recruitment has partnered with a well-established regional law firm in Kent seeking a motivated Paralegal to join several of its busy teams, including Commercial, Real Estate, and Private Client.

This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate or early-career legal professional to gain broad, hands-on experience across multiple practice areas in a supportive and high-performing environment.

About the Role

As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to solicitors across a variety of matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting fee-earners with case preparation, document management, and legal research
• Drafting correspondence, legal documents, and forms
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
• Supporting client meetings and helping with day-to-day case administration

About You

We are looking for someone proactive, organised, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Law degree (LLB) or equivalent qualification
• Some prior commercial or paralegal experience (e.g. through internships, placements, or previous employment)
• A genuine interest in Commercial, Real Estate, or Private Client work
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team
