In-House Commercial Paralegal in London

W&P Partners Legal Recruitment is delighted to be working with a fast-growing and innovative Technology company that is expanding its in‐house legal function. Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Paralegal to join their collaborative and forward‐thinking legal team.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Paralegal who enjoys working closely with the business and advising on a wide range of commercial and data protection matters in a dynamic tech environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

Advising on, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts (including SaaS, supplier, customer, and NDA agreements)

Supporting the business on data protection matters, including GDPR compliance, data processing agreements, and privacy queries

Assisting with contract management processes and maintaining contract templates

Working closely with stakeholders across sales, product, and operations teams

Supporting the legal team on ad hoc commercial and regulatory projects as the business continues to scale

About You
The successful candidate will have:

At least 2 years\’ experience in a Commercial Paralegal role (in‐house or private practice)

Strong experience advising on commercial contracts

Working knowledge of data protection/GDPR

Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills

A proactive, commercial mindset with the ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
