The Opportunity
We are working with a technology-focused organisation seeking an experienced Commercial / Technology Lawyer to provide interim, fractional legal support. This role will support a small but busy Legal team and is ideal for a contractor looking for flexible, remote work on an ongoing basis. This is an outside IR35 engagement, offering approximately three days per week, with full remote working and an ASAP start.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial and technology-related agreements, including:
- SaaS and software licensing agreements
- Supplier and customer contracts
- NDAs, MSAs, and related commercial documentation
About You
- Qualified lawyer (UK or equivalent jurisdiction)
- Strong background in commercial and technology law
- Proven experience working in or with technology-driven businesses
- Comfortable operating in an interim / contractor capacity
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small Legal team
- Available to start at short notice
The role offers a day rate of £350 - £400 per day and is available on an interim contractor basis outside IR35, with a time commitment of approximately three days per week.
