The predicted salary is between 100000 - 150000 £ per year.
W complex, high-value matters with cross-border elements; contentious issues arising from commercial relationships and transactions; disputes involving regulated sectors and specialist industries; strategic advisory work on risk management and dispute avoidance; court proceedings, urgent applications and interim remedies; alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiated settlements.
You will have the autonomy to shape your own practice, develop client relationships and contribute strategically to the wider firm.
You will also be expected to play an active role in supervising junior lawyers, leading matters and supporting the continued growth of the team.
The Candidate The successful candidate is likely to be a Partner, Legal Director or experienced Senior Associate with at least 7 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or commercial disputes.
You will have strong technical expertise, sound commercial judgement and the confidence to manage complex matters with limited supervision.
Previous experience of managing or mentoring junior lawyers will be important, as will a genuine interest in business development and client relationship management.
