W&P Partners Legal Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded London-based commercial law firm on the appointment of a Property Litigation Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its growing Real Estate Disputes team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and ambitious lawyer to join a collaborative and forward-thinking firm with an excellent reputation across the real estate sector. The firm acts for a broad range of clients including developers, investors, landlords, and tenants, both domestically and internationally, delivering tailored and strategic legal solutions.
You will become a key member of a thriving Property Litigation team, advising on a broad range of contentious commercial and residential property matters. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced senior lawyers while also taking ownership of their own caseload and building strong client relationships.
- Commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes
- Real estate and development contract disputes
- Preparing pleadings, witness statements, and litigation documents
- Conducting legal research and advising on litigation strategy
- Participating in business development initiatives and networking events
The Property Litigation team forms part of a well-established wider Property department and works closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless service to clients.
