We are a family run business located in Offham, offering long term commercial vehicle and plant hire. We are currently recruiting an experienced Service Administrator to assist with the scheduling of maintenance for our fleet.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling routine services, PMI’s and MOT bookings
  • Monitoring the service email inbox and answering inbound telephone calls
  • Calling through breakdowns to appropriate service provider
  • Monitoring vehicle mileages to ensure maintenance schedules are adhered to
  • Maintain accurate records such as our driver database and service records
  • Raising job cards on our in-house management system

Key Requirements

  • 2 Years experience in a Motor Trade related role is essential
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • IT Skills including Microsoft Office – Full training on our in-house management system will be provided

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 17:00 pm & 1 Saturday per month 07:00 am-12:00 pm
