Reviews delinquent accounts to determine which customers must be contacted for collection of overdue accounts. Works internally with sales and site office staff on past due accounts to provide resolution assistance as needed. Cross train to back up other roles within the accounting team. Provide support for and collaborate with Accounting Operations Supervisor or Accounts Receivable Lead. Perform special duties and other projects as assigned. ABOUT YOU Associates or Bachelor degree in accounting or 3+ years of accounts receivable experience. Proven excellent customer service skills. Able to research and evaluate data to make informed decisions and solve problems. Professional verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, internal and external customers, and the general public.
