Your Mission:

Join our Merchandising team and play a key role in creating the best possible content for our customers. You’ll spend much of your day crafting and editing original, AI‑generated content to create informative and engaging deals for the Wowcher and LivingSocial sites. From indulgent spa days to delicious afternoon teas, from adrenaline‑fuelled activities to bucket‑list getaways, no two deals are ever the same. As a AI Content & Optimisation Editor, you’ll not only put your creativity and (let’s be honest) love of puns to good use, but you’ll also work closely with AI tools to sharpen your skills beyond traditional content writing. Alongside generating new content, you’ll focus on optimising long‑running deals—refining copy, images, and overall presentation to the highest standard, with the goal of maximising customer engagement and conversion. Sitting at the heart of our Merchandising team, you’ll gain valuable exposure to how deals are sourced, positioned and marketed, giving you a real opportunity to learn the wider art of merchandising. It’s a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment where accuracy and creativity matter – and where teamwork, growth and having fun are all part of the deal.

Your Quests Include:

  • Edit and optimise deal content generated by AI, ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and follow SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) best practices before going live on the Wowcher and LivingSocial sites.
  • Schedule deals to go live with the best possible write‑up and imagery for our subscriber base across all Wowcher and LivingSocial locations – some paid weekend work may be required.
  • Deal Optimisation – Regularly review our top 100 deals, optimising content, images, and the overall deal offering (including discounts, availability, and features) to ensure maximum appeal and performance.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting – Use Excel and data analytics tools to track optimisation efforts, providing insights into conversion rates and revenue growth.
  • AI Content & Image Support – Assist the team in developing effective OpenAI prompts for both image generation and content creation.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration – Liaise regularly with the Sales team to ensure all deals are factually accurate and supported by high‑quality, engaging copy.
  • Support collaboration with other teams by carrying out feedback requests; light image sourcing/editing may occasionally be required (where not handled by our Design team).
