What You’ll Be Doing Own the Calendar & Strategy Lead the end‑to‑end social media calendar across all brands using Sprout Social
Plan content that balances brand storytelling, engagement and commercial performance
Align social activity with key campaigns, trading moments and revenue‑driving priorities
Ensure each brand has a clear voice and role – while still feeling unmistakably Wowcher
Be the Creator (and bring the brand to life) Film, edit and publish short‑form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels and beyond
Create relatable and aspirational content that brings the Wowcher brands to life
Use tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express or native editing tools
Turn ideas into content quickly – from concept to live in hours, not weeks
Know when to collaborate – and when to just pick up your phone and make it happen
Develop content that is engaging and designed to drive traffic and conversion
Write copy that is witty, sharp and unmistakably Wowcher
Spot trends and translate them into brand‑relevant, commercially effective content
Continuously evolve content formats to improve performance across platforms
Turn Performance Into Growth Own reporting across all social channels and brands using Sprout Social and platform insights
Track how social contributes to traffic, engagement and revenue performance
Use data to refine content strategy, optimise the calendar and improve results
Partner closely with Performance Marketing to maximise paid social and boosting activity
Work Smarter with AI Use AI tools to improve efficiency and output – from ideation to copy refinement and reporting
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and scale content creation
Stay curious and proactive about how new tools can enhance creativity and performance
Build Communities That Convert Oversee community management across all brands
Keep interactions playful, human and on‑brand
Turn engagement into loyalty, advocacy and ultimately conversion
Qualifications You'll bring:
2–4+ years’ experience in social media
Experience managing channels and contributing to content planning and strategy
Proven ability to shoot and edit short‑form video content yourself
Experience using Sprout Social (or similar) for scheduling and reporting
Confidence using tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar
A strong understanding of what drives engagement, traffic and performance
Excellent copywriting skills with a natural feel for tone of voice
Experience using data and insights to improve content
An interest in using AI tools to work smarter and faster
Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple brands
