We are looking for ambitious graduates to join the Wowcher team. You will be fast tracked through a department in the business, with the aim of reaching a management position within two years.
We are looking for graduates who can demonstrate:
- A strong academic record - a degree from a highly-ranked University
- Prioritisation skills and ability to organise a busy workload
- Commercial aptitude
- Clear communication, both written and verbal
- Drive to be the best at what you do
- Prior leadership experience is a plus!
What your first year will look like:
- T1: You will be expected to quickly learn the ropes, start contributing and make a measurable impact on your department's targets through the October-December trading period.
- T2: Through T1 you will have learned what makes the Wowcher business tick, and what doesn't. You will continue to deliver on your responsibilities from T1 and start working on forming a project that will deliver value through the next peak trading period. You will have two meetings with the CEO in this quarter.
- T3: You are now in delivery mode. While you continue to contribute towards your team's day-to-day performance, you are now working with other people around the business to execute on your project for peak.
