Location: Manchester (Embrace the office vibes – 4 days a week!)

Salary: ยฃ70,000 – ยฃ80,000 + Commissions (OTE ยฃ120,000 – ยฃ150,000)

Your Quests Include:

  • Drive sales growth and revenue delivery
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Set and monitor monthly KPIs for team members
  • Lead and manage a dynamic, medium-sized sales team
  • Run local initiatives to boost sales activity
  • Report on team performance to senior Directors
  • Oversee team hiring and career progression
  • Ensure revenue targets align with budgeted revenue

Who You Are:

  • Seasoned leader with a proven track record in senior management roles
  • Analytically sharp, adept at taking the initiative, and making sound commercial judgments
  • An energetic and motivating presence, with the ability to inspire and drive teams to achieve targets
  • Demonstrated success in conceiving and executing transformative strategies
  • Exceptional skills in presentation, communication, and building valuable relationships
  • Natural leader with a passion for coaching and team development
  • Adaptable and quick to navigate new and changing situations
  • Meticulously organized, with a talent for multitasking and effective prioritization
