Your Mission: We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate AI Specialist from a top Russell Group university to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong academic background in AI, machine learning, or data science, combined with a keen understanding of real-world business applications. You will play a crucial role in leveraging AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making, optimise processes, and drive innovation across our organisation.
Your Quests Include:
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize business operations and decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can add value.
- Analyse complex datasets to extract insights and drive strategic recommendations.
- Support the deployment of machine learning models, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies to enhance company capabilities.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in automating key business processes through AI and data-driven approaches.

Technical Skills required:
- Programming: Proficiency in Python (preferred) and/or other relevant languages (e.g., R, Java, C++).
- Machine Learning & AI Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar libraries.
- Data Manipulation & Analysis: Strong skills in Pandas, NumPy, and SQL for handling and analysing large datasets.
- Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment.
- Data Visualisation: Ability to present insights effectively using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Model Deployment: Understanding of MLOps principles, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for productionizing AI models.
