Are you a Senior Account Manager ready to dive into the world of WOW? We’ve helped thousands of people learn dog grooming, steam clean their front rooms, obtain the latest gadgets, whiten their teeth, decorate their houses, eat more healthily and even be more experimental in the bedroom! On top of this we’ve also partnered with some of the UK’s leading brands including Graze, Build-a-Bear Workshop, Odeon, Fitness First, Diet Chef, Very.co.uk, PrettyLittleThing, Random House, EasyJet and Ocado to name just a few!
We are looking for someone with an eye for account management and has an interest in developing Merchants we have. There will be the chance of B2B new business but will predominantly focus on account management.
A confident communicator who is happy to pick up the phone to talk with both new prospective clients, as well as those we have worked with previously. Self-motivated team player who can exceed goals and revenue expectations, with the ability to work on their initiative whilst building positive and rewarding working relationships with both colleagues and stakeholders, especially in response to enquiries about products and services.
Continually establishing client relationships and building a strong rapport to enable you to deliver excellent customer service and further develop Wowcher's outstanding reputation. Meeting weekly KPIs and monthly sales targets.
