What are we looking for?
- Business‑to‑business sales mindset – able to hit the ground running.
- Confident communicator, comfortable on the phone with new prospects and existing clients.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, able to sell at all decision‑making levels.
- A smart, business‑oriented individual who understands deal structures and price points that appeal to consumers, and can negotiate strongly to create win‑win outcomes for Wowcher, the merchant and the customer.
- Interest in consumer trends and what types of deals will perform best as those trends evolve.
- Brilliant objection‑handling skills, proactive in gathering tools and information to turn queries into opportunities.
- Self‑motivated, high‑performing team player who exceeds goals and revenue expectations while building positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
What will my responsibilities be?
- Actively call targeted businesses to acquire exceptional merchants.
- Create compelling pitches, presentations and proposals, negotiate mutually beneficial deals for Wowcher, the merchant and our growing customer base.
- Provide clients with relevant information, especially in response to enquiries about products and services.
- Continuously build client relationships and rapport to deliver excellent customer service and further enhance Wowcher’s outstanding reputation.
- Meet weekly KPIs and monthly sales targets.
