We are a fast-paced, commercially driven business with ambitious growth plans, and we're looking for an exceptional individual to work at the heart of that growth alongside our CEO and executive team.
Your Mission: This is a rare opportunity to operate at the most senior level of an entrepreneurial, multi-brand business. As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will be the engine behind our most critical strategic and commercial initiatives, turning ambition into action.
You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team across Wowcher, SpaBreaks.com, and associated brands, leading projects from conception through to delivery. This is not a passive or advisory role; you will be expected to roll up your sleeves, drive workstreams, and get results.
Your Quests Include:
- Partner directly with the CEO to define, prioritise and execute on the most important strategic and commercial initiatives across the business.
- Build rigorous business cases and analytical frameworks to inform decision-making, from growth opportunities to operational improvements.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams, collaborating with teams across marketing, commercial, product, finance, and operations to deliver projects end-to-end.
- Drive the execution of the executive team's agenda — following up, removing blockers, and keeping initiatives on track.
- Support M&A activity and other corporate development work, including commercial due diligence and integration planning.
- Act as a trusted sounding board and thought partner for the CEO, including preparation for board meetings and external stakeholder engagements.
- Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency across the group's brand portfolio and help prioritise the most impactful bets.
What We're Looking For
Essential- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and shape the economics of a fast-moving consumer business.
- Proven track record of delivering — someone who makes things happen, not just recommends them.
- Exceptional analytical skills and numeracy; comfortable building models, interpreting data, and making evidence-based arguments.
- A strong personality and the gravitas to motivate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including those outside your direct reporting line.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex issues clearly and concisely.
- High levels of drive, resilience, and personal accountability — you take ownership and see things through.

- Strategy consulting (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain or equivalent) — bringing structured thinking and a high bar for analytical rigour.
- Entrepreneurship — having built or scaled a business and understanding what it takes to grow commercially.
- Retail, e-commerce or technology — with hands-on experience in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
- Top-tier MBA graduates (from leading business schools) combining academic excellence with commercial drive and ambition.
