Your Mission

We are seeking a motivated, data-driven performance marketing professional to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role will develop and deliver the Paid Search and Shopping strategy across Wowcher, Living Social, and 5pm, with a strong focus on Google Shopping campaigns. You will manage day-to-day paid media activity, budget management, performance analysis, and ROI delivery to support customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day management of Search and Shopping campaigns across Google and Bing, including campaign creation, bid and budget management, and daily performance reporting.
  • Develop and deliver the strategy for Google Shopping, using an always-on test-and-learn approach to drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance, analyse data to deliver actionable reports and insights that highlight key trends and growth opportunities.
  • Take a data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring activities align with key business KPIs such as ROI, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and Cost Per Result (CPR).
  • Manage and monitor Google Shopping feeds, proactively addressing product disapprovals and collaborating with other teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and developments in the PPC and performance marketing landscape.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a PPC or performance marketing role, with bonus experience managing Google Shopping campaigns for an e-commerce brand.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center (GMC), and feed management tools.
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and the ability to process and analyse large data sets to support informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent understanding of different attribution models and how they impact marketing strategies.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with meticulous attention to detail and a desire to learn and develop.
  • Strong organisation and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment with multiple business verticals.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Desirable: Experience with SQL, Python, Adobe Omniture, or data visualization tools.
