Sales Executive in Newcastle upon Tyne

We\’re looking for a proven Sales Consultant with exceptional business development at both SME and Enterprise level. The role will have a focus on winning new business in the local and travel sectors including restaurants, bars, spas, activities and much more. It is crucial to the role that you have a real passion for attending face to face meetings and completing walk in days. You will be passionate about the local and travel industry and be pro‑active in contributing to the success of the business, always striving to get the best possible deals for our customers!

Qualifications

• You will be articulate, quick thinking and able to adapt to the most challenging situations
• An entrepreneur who is passionate, enthusiastic, results‑driven and resilient
• Proven success in winning new business at a SME and Enterprise level
• Preferred sector and market knowledge
• You will be confident in engaging and communicating both face to face, over the phone and by email
• Must be within close proximity to Dublin with the ability to attend meetings and walk in days at short notice
• Time management skills that allow you to manage your own diary effectively
• Superior negotiation skills, resilience and ability to secure business timely
• Excellent proven success in achieving and overachieving sales targets and KPI\’s
• Ability to create excellent pitches, presentations and proposals and negotiating mutually beneficial deals for Wowcher, Living Social and the merchant
• Strong communicator who has the ability to build internal relationships to resolve merchant queries, understand key market gaps and take a proactive approach in contributing to Wowcher and Living Social
