Their client list includes a sportswear brand that shows up on shirts in every stadium, a confectionery house behind the chocolate under everyone's Christmas tree, and one of the biggest names in consumer tech. Now they are backing their events and experiential arm as the growth story for the next few years. They need someone commercial to lead that charge.

As Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for targeting high profile projects across B2B and B2C. Crucially, you'll work alongside a world-class bench of experiential EPs and Creative Directors who bring your pitches to life.

You have the autonomy to win business your way. Whether you lean into high-volume prospecting or high-level networking, thought leadership and industry influence, the leadership team gives you the freedom to back your own strengths.

You will be joining an existing business development team who focus across the studio's other disciplines. Each of them has been with the business for a number of years. In commercial roles that tells you more about a company than any culture deck.

What you'll need:

  • A track record of repeatedly winning new business in B2B/B2C events and experiential
  • Demonstrable experience opening doors and generating repeatable revenue with major brands or agency partners
  • The autonomy and drive to run your own sales strategy from day one

Package:

  • Commission tiered between 3-6% of project value
