As a Deployment Strategy Principal, you will lead AI‑driven value creation projects from a commercial lens, partnering with top private equity firms and guiding in‑house data scientists, engineers, and strategists. Your focus will cover both pre‑acquisition diagnostic work and post‑acquisition execution across a range of sectors, including Services, Industrials, Healthcare, and Consumer & Sports.
Responsibilities
- Scope, lead, and deliver diagnostic and deployment projects, ensuring alignment with investment and operational goals.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across portfolio companies and private equity sponsors, communicating insights and driving adoption.
- Lead change‑management activities to overcome user adoption barriers and embed AI solutions within business processes.
- Support portfolio companies with broader analytics and AI strategy, including organisational model decisions.
- Track and attribute the financial impact of AI/ML initiatives, providing clear value‑creation metrics.
What We’re Looking For
Business Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- 4+ years of leading commercial transformations, with a proven record of adopting new technologies or processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience educating senior leaders and securing cross‑organisational support.
- Demonstrated change‑management expertise for driving organisational adoption.
- Business acumen from roles such as Engagement Manager, Product Manager, or similar commercially focused positions.
Commercial & Financial Acumen
