Scheme Co-ordinator in Belfast

Location: Belfast – Ardnaclowney House, Beechmount and surrounding schemes.

The Scheme Co-ordinator will work as part of the Homes & Communities team, providing the first point of contact to residents. They will deliver the highest level of service to tenants in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating both oral and written communication with tenants.
• Providing tenant support and promoting community involvement.
• Managing schemes and ensuring flexibility in service delivery.
• Approaching work with conscientiousness and keen attention to detail.
