The Neighbourhood Assistant plays a key role in supporting our residents and building sustainable communities, whilst delivering excellent customer service. The role includes a full range of housing management duties, community engagement & tenant participation activities and will work closely with our Housing Officers to ensure legal and regulatory compliance, while ensuring our schemes are safe and clean.
