Are you looking for a new opportunity? Location: Either Head Office, Belfast OR North West Office, Derry/Londonderry.
Working as part of the Asset Management team, the purpose of this role is to ensure that the Association's existing and new schemes comply with all relevant statutory regulations through robust programme and project management of contractors and consultants as required. The role may encompass cyclical maintenance and shall require cross team and cross functional working.
