Capital Projects Manager (Job No J489) Location: EitherHead Office, Belfast OR North West Office, Derry/Londonderry The Capital Projects Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and delivery of capital investment programmes across the Associations existing housing stock. This includes managing multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, regulatory standards, and tenant needs.
