Who We Are
At Woven, we believe brands are more than logos and websites — they’re living, breathing stories waiting to connect with their soul mates. We work with ambitious brands to craft unforgettable experiences, blending creativity, strategy, and technology to make brands work beautifully. And we’re looking for a brilliant Project Manager to help us do exactly that.
The Role
This isn’t just project management — this is project leadership. We need a master of momentum, a lover of logistics, and a champion of collaboration to keep our projects flowing smoothly from first spark to final delivery.
You’ll work across digital, brand, and production projects, making sure every deadline is hit, every detail is nailed, and every client feels like they’re our one and only. With your laser-sharp organisation, problem-solving flair, and people skills, you’ll juggle timelines, budgets, and teams — all while keeping clients in the loop and smiling.
If you thrive in fast-paced agency life and love turning creative chaos into beautifully organised order, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Own the Project Journey
- Take projects from brief to brilliance, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and on point.
- Work directly with clients to define the what, why, when, and how — scoping out objectives, deliverables, and timelines from the get-go.
- Track progress, flag risks, and keep everything moving with military precision and creative flair.
Be the Client’s Confidant
- Act as the primary point of contact for our clients — building trust, solving problems, and making sure they always feel heard.
- Manage expectations like a pro — ensuring clients understand where we’re at, what’s coming next, and why we’re making certain creative choices.
Keep Teams in Sync
- Work hand-in-hand with designers, developers, strategists, and external partners, ensuring everyone’s aligned and every moving part is crystal clear.
- Run project meetings that people actually want to attend, delivering updates that are sharp, clear, and useful.
- Spot roadblocks before they happen — and solve them before they slow us down.
Champion the Budget
- Build and manage project budgets, ensuring we balance profitability with creative excellence.
- Work closely with finance to keep invoicing seamless and accurate.
Stay One Step Ahead
- Build detailed project plans and timelines, mapping out who does what, when, and why.
- Keep an eagle eye on potential risks, always thinking of smart, proactive solutions.
- Lead post-project reviews so we can learn, improve, and evolve — every single time.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years’ agency experience managing digital, brand, and/or production projects.
- A natural knack for communication — you know how to say the right thing at the right time to the right person.
- Organisation skills that would make Marie Kondo jealous — you thrive on juggling multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
- Cool, calm problem-solving skills — when challenges arise, you’re already two steps ahead with a plan.
- Confidence using project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
- A client-first mindset — you know how to build lasting relationships and keep clients feeling confident and cared for.
- Solid budgeting experience — you know how to manage the numbers without compromising the creative.
Bonus Points for
- Experience in a fast-paced creative or digital agency environment.
- Adaptability — you roll with changing priorities and unexpected twists with grace.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and keeping everyone focused and motivated.
What You’ll Get
At Woven, we don’t just create brands — we create careers worth loving. Here’s what’s in store:
- 100% Flexible working — from our Leeds or London offices, your living room, or your favourite café.
- 25 days holiday + your birthday off (pro-rata).
- Loyalty bonus — an extra day’s holiday for every year you’re with us (up to 30 days).
- A culture built on curiosity, creativity, and collaboration — where your ideas matter.
- Team outings and a free Friday lunch — because good work deserves good company.
- Monthly wellness allowance to spend on whatever keeps you feeling your best — gym memberships, yoga, meditation apps, or even a massage.
