A fantastic opportunity to join our Llandudno Store at Hotter Shoes, established in 1959 on a market stall in Liverpool. We have been designing and making comfortable footwear ever since. We are an award-winning UK shoe manufacturer taking pride in the quality of our comfort fit shoes, with over 4.5 million customers buying online, through mail order, and at our UK shops. We are now looking for retail assistants with positions nationwide and a variety of hours and days available.

The Role:

  • A fantastic opportunity for a proactive Retail Keyholder to join our supportive and friendly retail team.
  • As a Sales Assistant and Keyholder, your main responsibilities include:
    • Assisting the store manager in the efficient operation of the store or concession, particularly in any management absence.
    • Training and coaching staff.
    • Ensuring our customers receive the right standards of service.
    • Understanding our product range and fit profiles.
    • Achieving your sales targets.
    • Ensuring the shops look attractive and maintain the highest standards of visual displays for our shoe ranges.
    • Providing our customers with a fantastic retail experience, ensuring the right product for the right person.

The Person:
