A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BREAKFAST CHEF AT OUR HOTEL
What you’ll be doing...
- Preparing and cooking a high-quality breakfast service, including à la carte and buffet options
- Setting up and maintaining the breakfast station to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Ensuring all dishes are presented to a high standard and in line with the hotel’s expectations
- Managing food preparation, including ingredients, portioning, and stock rotation
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times
- Adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Working efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Supporting the wider kitchen team with prep and service as required
- Monitoring stock levels and communicating shortages or ordering needs
- Delivering a positive dining experience for guests through consistency and quality

- Proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally in a Chef de Partie role or similar.
