As Banqueting Manager, you will be responsible for working with the Chef and your Banqueting team members to deliver Wedding and Banqueting events and residential conference dinners, ensuring all logistics and operations run smoothly and align with client expectations. Oversee room setups, AV requirements, and staff coordination to create seamless guest experiences. Lead, train, and motivate the evening teams to deliver exceptional food and event service with a "Yes is the answer, what's the question" mindset. Act as the main point of contact for the team during events, ensuring swift resolution of any issues. Act as the face of Wotton House on event days, ensuring every client feels valued and supported. Collaborate closely with sales, coordinators, and other departments to ensure events transition smoothly from planning to execution. Proven experience in event or banqueting management within a luxury or boutique hotel setting. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
