We are looking for a strategic partner and co-founder —someone who is not just an expert in digital transformation, CX design, AI, and CRM (Salesforce) but is also passionate about building a high-growth consulting business.
The Role: As a Partner - Digital Transformation (AI & CX), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategy, expanding market presence, and delivering innovative digital solutions to enterprises across BFSI, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and IT Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Strategy: Drive business development, partnerships, and revenue growth by identifying and securing enterprise clients.
- Digital Transformation Consulting: Lead high-impact digital transformation projects focused on AI-driven CX, Salesforce & CRM solutions, and sales automation.
- AI & CX Innovation: Define and implement next-gen AI-driven solutions, including AI agents, omnichannel CX strategies, and conversational AI to enhance customer interactions.
- Leadership & Team Building: Build and scale a team of experts in UX, CX, AI, and CRM implementation.
- Service Design & Delivery: Oversee the design and execution of customer experience strategies, AI-powered automation, and CRM integrations for enterprise clients.
- Co-Founder Mindset: Work alongside other leadership members to scale the company, drive investor conversations, and shape the future of AI-led digital transformation.
