We are searching for an SEO Manager for a growing and well-respected digital marketing agency in the Bath area.

Salary: £30,000-£40,000 DOE

Location: Bath area, hybrid role with flex to work from home

Job type: Permanent

Required skills & experience

  • SEO or Digital Marketing management experience to lead off-page SEO, link building, and digital PR campaigns for the agency's clients.
  • Manage client relationships, guide campaign strategy and delivery, and help train and support junior SEO team members.
  • Background in SEO, content creation, or digital PR, confident with outreach, competitor research, and generating creative campaign ideas.
  • Work closely with the Head of Client Services and the wider team to deliver high-impact, results-driven campaigns.
  • Ideally have worked in an SEO role previously, or may have had a digital marketing role where SEO was a big focus.
