What we are looking for:
The successfulcandidate will be someone who:
- Has proven practical experience asa caretaker, handyperson, or site manager - ideally within an educational orcommunity environment.
- Possesses a strong knowledge ofgeneral building repairs and maintenance, including basic plumbing, decorating,and outdoor grounds upkeep.
- Is a proactive problem solver whocan prioritise conflicting tasks, work independently under their owninitiative, and approach daily site duties with a flexible, "can-do"attitude.
- Is an excellent communicator andteam player who can build positive, respectful relationships with staff,children, parents, visitors, and contractors.
