Worthing Theatres & Museum is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead one of the South Coast's most ambitious cultural organisations. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a thriving multi-venue charity encompassing theatres, live entertainment venues, cinema, museum and gallery spaces, serving more than 340,000 visitors each year.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, champion cultural ambition and help deliver an inspiring, relevant and financially sustainable programme, while nurturing a positive organisational culture and strengthening WTM's civic and cultural impact.
