As part of the Venue Layout department (which sits within Technical and Production), this post is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate completion of seating and auditorium/room layouts for live shows, events, and functions at WTM’s multi-purpose venues.
This role will be responsible for undertaking and completing effective layouts for approximately 350 events and hires per year. Primarily working in the Pavilion (727 seats full layout) and Assembly Hall (942 seats full layout), both of which have flexible seating, dance floors and the capacity for multiple layouts including cabaret, trade fair, full seating, with additional spaces that are also multi-purpose.
Status: 30 hours per week (including early mornings, evenings, weekends and occasional night work as required).
