Worthing Theatres and Museum is seeking a Seasonal Duty Manager to support front of house operations during live events and cinema shifts across all venues. You will lead the customer-facing team on shift to deliver an excellent experience and maintain the highest standards at all times.
The role is fixed term for three months (October to January), 37 hours per week, with weekend and evening availability required. Start date October 2026. Salary £25,741 per annum (pro rata for contract period).
