The Finance Officer will take ownership of the day-to-day transactional finance functions within Worthing Theatres and Museums' finance department, with particular responsibility for box office, catering and retail income processing, bank and cash control, and credit card and control account reconciliations. The role will also support the wider team in preparing for month-end and annual audit, ensuring records and reconciliations are accurate and up to date.

As a charity operating across five venues in the centre of Worthing, seven days a week, finance sits at the heart of WTM's operations. The postholder will therefore be flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and outlook. Working alongside and reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, the postholder will also work closely with, and be expected to provide cover for, other finance staff, including the Finance Assistant.

Status Full Time, 37 hours per week (30 hours/4 days also considered), permanent

Salary Salary - Β£27,235 - Β£28,902 per annum (pro rata for part time)
