Worthing Theatres and Museum is offering an 18-month fixed-term apprenticeship to help develop understanding of cinema projection technology, audience preferences and programming in our multi-arts venue.

You will work on projector setup and maintenance, weekly projection scheduling, distributor coordination, and assisting with booking titles while learning how programming balances audience demand, critical reviews and commercial performance.
