If you have practical skills, a methodical approach and an interest in property maintenance, this could be a great opportunity for you.

As a Mould Treatment Operative you'll carry out damp and mould treatment works across our homes and properties, ensuring customers live in safe, healthy, and comfortable environments. You will also identify potential underlying causes, provide residents with practical advice on ventilation and condensation prevention, and support wider property maintenance by assisting with ad hoc tasks when needed. Your role will involve keeping work areas clean and safe, and ensuring a professional approach in every home you visit.

We’re looking for someone with knowledge of the Housing Act and who has practical experience in painting, decorating, or property maintenance, who takes real pride in delivering high-quality work. Ideally, you'll have experience of treating damp and mould, although if this is new to you we will provide training. You’ll bring a strong eye for detail and a commitment to working safely, following procedures, and approaching each task with professionalism. You will be able to communicate clearly and confidently with customers, providing a friendly and helpful service in their homes. Building trust and putting customers at ease is an important part of what we do.

If you hold a full UK driving licence and enjoy a role that offers variety, problem solving, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference, we’d love to hear from you. Applicants must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence as you will be provided with a company van for work use only.
