This is a new Executive-level role, created because we are ambitious - for our residents, our communities, and our own standards. As compliance and building safety requirements have grown, we have chosen to meet them with genuine rigour and dedicated executive leadership.
A key member of our Executive Team reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this role gives us the capacity to pursue our corporate plan with confidence and drive the improvement journey that will take us to G1/C1.
The Property Director will provide strategic leadership across property investment, compliance, building safety, development and sustainability — championing innovation, driving performance and ensuring the quality of our homes is something every resident can rely on.
