Worthing College, part of the Chichester College Group, is seeking applications for a Lecturer in Early Years. Salary: £27,785 - £43,325 per annum. 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. This role may be eligible for a targeted retention incentive payment of up to £6,000.

Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Early Years to engaged students.
- Inspire students to develop knowledge and skills needed to excel in the Early Years sector.
- Contribute to curriculum delivery and student progression within the faculty.
- Level 3 qualification in a related subject.
- English and Maths at Level 2.
- Assessor and Teaching qualifications are desirable.
- Teachers Pension Scheme - the Group contributes 28.68% of your actual pensionable pay.
