Worthing College, part of the Chichester College Group, is seeking applications for a Lecturer in Early Years. Salary: £27,785 - £43,325 per annum. 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. This role may be eligible for a targeted retention incentive payment of up to £6,000. We welcome applications from individuals seeking part-time roles or flexible working arrangements. The role is designed to support a healthy balance between life and work and to foster an inclusive environment where different ways of working are respected.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Early Years to engaged students.
  • Inspire students to develop knowledge and skills needed to excel in the Early Years sector.
  • Contribute to curriculum delivery and student progression within the faculty.
Qualifications:
  • Level 3 qualification in a related subject.
  • English and Maths at Level 2.
  • Assessor and Teaching qualifications are desirable.
