Are you an ambitious, energetic and inspiring Women's Rugby Coach looking to make a real impact in a nationally recognised performance environment? The Worthing College Academy of Sport, one of the UK's leading FE sports academies, is seeking a dynamic coach to join our outstanding Women's Rugby Performance Programme.
As our Women's Rugby Performance Coach, you will:
- Coach and support the Women's Rugby Performance Programme.
- Work closely with our Academy of Sport staff to deliver a high-quality student experience.
- Help athletes balance sporting excellence with academic achievement.

The working pattern for this role will be Mondays and Fridays 2.00 pm – 4.00 pm (training), Wednesdays 12.00 pm – 4.00 pm (matches). Interviews will be pm to allow the panel to watch the applicant coach.
