What you will bring to the role: - Experience of coaching, training and/or assessing learners in a vocational or professional setting. - Relevant and recent vocational experience in the relevant industry sector. - Experience of using a range of assessment techniques to prepare learners for timely End-point assessment. - Coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and challenge learners to achieve their potential. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with learners, employers and colleagues. - Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. - The ability to maintain accurate records and use online systems to track learner progress.
