Pro rata of £24,405 – £24,502 per annum (i.e. £11,213.10 – £11,257.67)

20 hours per week, 37 weeks per year (Term Time Only)

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our fantastic team. This role involves providing an efficient and effective administration service, which will include updating diary management, running and collating reports, taking minutes in meetings, and organising meetings with both internal & external stakeholders. You will also provide administrative support our department Directors and the wider Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Bids & Contracts teams.

Our Administrative Assistant will possess strong communication, organisational, and computer skills, and have experience of working in an administrative role within a customer focused environment. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual, we encourage you to apply.
