Part time position supporting the management of a varied property portfolio. Ideal for an experienced, organised Property Manager with strong communication skills and sound knowledge of tenancy processes and property legislation. An established and forward-thinking property company in Woodford Green are seeking a Part Time Property Manager to assist with the management of their commercial and residential property portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service, handling tenancy matters, coordinating maintenance, and liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
What You'll Be Doing / Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the management of a mixed property portfolio
- Handling tenancy renewals and negotiating terms
- Serving Section 21 and Section 8 Notices
- Managing tenancy deposits and compliance
- Coordinating maintenance issues and contractor communication
